• Construction Loan Work-Out – To assist construction lenders in evaluating problem loans we have developed a construction work-out program. Services relating to construction work-outs include:

• Field Inspection – Inspect the project to determine the status/quality of construction and compliance with approved plans and/or building standards.
• Cost to Complete – Develop and estimate for projected costs to complete the project to an acceptable standard.

• On-Site Representation – Owner’s representative services are available to clients whose specific needs require full-time, hands-on technical assistance.
• Environmental Assessments – We have developed a national network of qualified environmental consultants. As part of our assignment we will coordinate the services of a local environmental consulting firm to address the particular requirements of that client.
• Design – We offer a complete range of architectural/engineering design services from the preliminary level of site analysis/feasibility studies to the full scope of production/execution of construction documents.
